You may make purchases in our online shop. We process the data here that you enter in the ordering process and the data relating to the order and the payment. The mandatory information requested when the order is entered must be provided in full; otherwise we will have to reject your order.
The purpose of processing is to deal with your order and to fulfil the contract. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) b of the GDPR which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for pre-contractual measures.
We transfer data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to companies entrusted to deliver the goods or the banks engaged to process payments. Your data will not be transferred for any other purpose unless you have given your express permission to do so or we are required to do so by law. We store the data until the contract is fulfilled and also for as long as guarantee, compensation and expiry periods continue to run for us or statutory obligations require it.
If you cancel the order after you intended to pay, we will store the data you entered and the amount of the order. The purpose of processing in this case is to analyze the use and errors, and the legal basis arises from our justified interest in achieving these purposes. The data will be erased two months after the order is cancelled.
